PRIVATE CLASSES

I love teaching 1:1 classes. These sessions are crafted just for you - for your body and your individual needs at the moment. For your pace and in your space. Depending on your wishes our focus is more movement-oriented or we practice mindful meditation together. Or we let these two flawlessly blend together into mindful movement and have fun together while getting to know our bodyminds better.

My studies in Thai yoga massage have equipped me to provide you safe and gentle hands-on adjustments as well as relaxing massage at the end of each session. We craft the classes to fit your schedule - morning, evening or in the midst of the day. 1:1 classes start from 80 EUR/ 60 min. Please write me about any questions you have. We will find the best solution for your needs!
