WITH FRIENDS retreats
WITH FRIENDS retreats is a project by two friends, Hannah & Anna-Maija. Movement practices inspired by yoga, functional movement, pilates and free exploration. Guided morning meditation, sound bath and optional massages. Add nourishing farm-to-table food and rejuvenating nature in to the mix. We switch off our devices and switch on our senses to connect with our surroundings and with friends around us. WITH FRIENDS retreats are build upon the four elements: earth, water, fire and air.
Our story began years ago when we met while us both were going through our foundational training with Dynamic Mindfulness. Since then we’ve shared hours of movement training together, we’ve been sitting silently in meditation retreats and done great deal of events in Berlin and one retreat in Poland.
